Had a few pictures to drop in today mostly about the girls!!!  Had a game last night vs. JSerra.... we did not play all that inspired but we got 40 pt win ( I know ouch )  Shout out to the CASE family (Kevin's sister) for coming to check out our Lady Monarchs!!!  The girls are in a rut, it is mid way through and they are itching to get out and find the joy and excitement they had at the beginning of the year!  I think it is time to dust off a Coach Collins' excursion and get the girls out to have some fun!  We have a big week next week Santa Margarita at home (SENIOR NIGHT) and then Cajon at the extravaganza.... Scary athletic team reallllllly gunning to knock us off!!!  Let me know if anyone wants to check those games out!  This will be another busy weekend!  Both the kids have basketball practice and games.... CJ and I might go check out Troy play on Saturday night... we need to spend some time with Gram and there is a duck pond that is calling Devyn's name!  Plus I think we are in need of an Ito family dinner night  YEAH!!!

Here I am getting the hang of all this!  I have a MAC and I am slowly but surly learning about all the great functions it has to offer!  I finally learned how to do picture stuff!  Now the pics I am adding are from my mom's digital... I wanted to be able to do some quick pics (since my camera is a Cannon SLR film version)  still saving up for the big time digital Cannon SLR!  So these pictures are from our trip back east, Devyn's birthday, and other random stuff!  Have fun!  We have a game tonight, so update I will tomorrow!!! Yeah!  Today is My GIRL CAMRYN JOELLE KIERNAN'S BIRTHDAY!!!  My big girl is 7 today! 

Today we talk about Barbies, what exactly did Martin King Luther do, your favorite colors and friends.... In a blink of an eye it will be Boys (yuck!), good life choices, and friends.... I love you CJ you always make us smile!

So Yeah it has been awhile...

So we have been so busy the last couple of weeks but I just knew I had to update my peeps!  We have been winning games, traveling back east, and two of my girls have had birthdays!!!!  

We are currently 20-0 #1 in the state of California and #2 in the NATION!!!  We went to play in Massachusetts for MLK weekend, we took on the defending state champions and only beat them by 29!!  What an amazing experience, the weather was beautiful!  The snow was white, the air was crisp and the skies were clear!  We played at Springfield College the birthplace of basketball (the place were Naismith actually hung the peach baskets to the wall!  It was nice "old" gym right out of the Hoosiers movie.  We also went to the Basketball Hall of Fame, a place where every true basketball person should see once, I could get an annual pass there they had so much cool stuff!  i think Mr. Kiernan was pumped the whole weekend and it had nothing to do with winning the game but everything to do with all the CELTIC gear and fans hanging around... he was in his element!  Probably the most exciting part of the trip was court side seats to see UCONN women play!  We heard every witty comment Geno had to throw at his team it was awesome!  It was a sold out event and those girls 1. got after it and 2. were spectacular teammates!  We got home just in time to take on Santa Margarita jet lag and all and won by 25.  Last night we had a spirited game vs Orange Lutheran (shout out to Alex and Christina Sanchez and the Fonger for coming to check us out!)  won by 30, but it was fun to watch the girls were almost back to their old selves! 

Today is DEVYN'S 3RD BIRTHDAY!!!! It is hard to believe my little girl is THREE!!!  She is so smart, devilish, and giggly!  She loves to dance, gets along best with Coco (that is her nickname for Camryn) and was sooooo excited about getting a bike for her birthday!!!  Though I think she really liked 1. her .99 duster she got from gram and 2. her side kick Dora phone she got from Vikki!  We had pizza, all of her favorite people were there, Auntie Katie, Vikki, Christina, Gram and the family, and she devoured her chocolate cake... yum yum!!!

Side note, Kaidyn turned 5 mos on the fourteenth I do not think it could go any faster!  We took her on our trip back east and people were amazed at how well behaved she was, seriously the kid never really cries!  She was soooo good on the flight (were are talking 7 hours people) and she smiled all weekend long!  Thank God she is sooo good or boy would we be in trouble!

So yeah well I am out, I promise to do better but I got a lot of info on this one!!!

So WOW!  It is almost impossible to start, I mean how do you possibly begin we are already four kids in and an all over the place life, but as my dad always said "You begin right where you are!"  So here I am.... It is the start of a new year and I have been bugged and bugged and well frankly bugged a little more to get pictures of my kiddies out there and to talk a little bit about us and we do have some crazy stuff going on!  The kids are playing sports, my husband and I are coaching sports, and we are on the go!  So well I will go with this week.... we played two games against Pac Hills and Rosary, we had some Troy alumni in the house on Tuesday shout out to Renee, Olivas, Compise, and the Livingstons whoo hoo!  It is always exciting to see them at the games and have them watch us grow a new program!  We won a very unemotional no intensity game, sort of a low point of the season... But this last Thursday we picked it up and played Rosary at Home shout out to Cristy and Aaron Tom and their two cuties Brenden and Jalen for coming to the game, Brenden I swear had a thing for Camryn (loving the older ladies yeah boy!)  It was super exciting there was flashing lights,a huge lion to run out of, spotlights on the starters, fog, a group of 200 red wave student body screaming and chanting... basically not your normal high school experience but wow it was amazing the girls were amped from tip off to buzzer; it is exactly when you know you are at an amazing place and I hope these girls are cherishing the experience every step of the way!  You all have to come out and see us!

How are all the kids?  GREAT!  We have Brenden (Bubba) 8 years old super smart second grader and an amazing big brother, Camryn (CJ) 6.75 years old a basketball phenom already, loves school, and is an amazingly kind friend, Devyn (DJ) 2.75 years old our feistiest, craziest, big girl! and little baby Kaidyn (KG) 4.75 mos old sweet, loving, big time smiler!   This weekend Bubba has a big game on Sunday, Camryn has practice and game on Saturday, me and CJ might venture out to UCLA to catch the UCLA vs USC women's basketball game.  Just want to post a few pics of the kids and start this thing up!  Will probably come on from time to time to throw things out there but for now it is a good beginning right?  :0)
